CBD. What it is and what it ain’t.

What is CBD?

First things first, CBD stands for cannabidiol and it’s a non-psychoactive component of both hemp and cannabis. This means that CBD will not make you high

Our CBD comes from hemp so we’ll be referencing hemp-derived CBD from here on out.

Is it legal?

Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived CBD is completely legal. 🤩

Does this mean there’s no THC?

It depends on the product. There are trace amounts of THC, 0.3% or less, in full spectrum hemp CBD products like ours. You won’t get you high from this slight amount of THC and is included because of its benefits. 

What are the benefits?

CBD has been known to help regulate pain, reduce inflammation and reduce stress. For us CBD is the ultimate multivitamin, it both prevents and treats issues. ✨

How much should I take?

Every body is different. Your weight, your metabolism, hydration and many other factors will affect how you feel. 

If this is your first time using hemp CBD oil, we recommend starting with 5mg daily (which you can measure using our dropper) for a week. If you’re not feeling a change, increase your dose by 1-2 mg per day until you find your inner zen.  🧘🏽‍♂️

How should I use it? 

There’s no right or wrong way to use CBD though some methods will have different results than others.

We recommend starting by simply placing the desired amount of oil under your tongue. Try to make it a part of your morning or evening routine. Consistency is key. 

If you’re not a fan of oil straight up, try blending or chasing it with your favorite beverage. Note that this method will have less potency than taking the oil alone.
